Students of Classes 10th-11th-12th, gap year students, and UG/PG fashion design aspirants.

  • Start Point :  Meetup at Dilshad Garden Metro Station OR Rajiv Chowk Metro Station  OR Huda City Center Metro Station Gurugram→ Gurugram (via Delhi)

  • Departure for UID: 7:45 AM (sharp)

  • Arrival at UID: 10:00 AM

  • Return to Pick up point : ~4:30–5:00 PM

  • Venue: UID, Sohna Road, Gurugram (Haryana)

  • Cost: ₹0, Its FREE 🥳 (Workshop + Tour + Travel from hubs + Breakfast & Lunch)

  • Seats: Limited (first‑come, first‑served)

Day Plan (Tentative)

  • 7:30–7:45 AM – Reporting at pick‑up hubs (attendance + consent check)

  • 7:45 AM – Coaches depart for UID Gurgaon

  • 10:00 – 10:15 AM – Arrival at UID campus

  • 10:15 – 10:30 AM – Breakfast

  • 10:30 – 11:30 AM – Guided Campus Tour

  • 12:00 – 12:30 PM – Flipbook Workshop 

  • 1:30 – 2:00 PM – Lunch

  • 2:30 – 3:00 PM – Wrap-up & group photos

  • 3:00 – 3:30 PM – Departure from UID

  • 5:00 – 5:30 PM – Drop at original hubs; students proceed home

Exact timings may shift slightly based on campus operations and traffic.

  • Anand Vihar Metro Station (Blue Line) – best for East Delhi / Ghaziabad based students 

  • Rajiv Chowk Metro Station (Connaught Place, Yellow/Blue interchange) – Central Delhi

  • AIIMS Metro Station- best for Soth delhi based students 

  • Millennium City Centre Gurugram (HUDA City Centre) – Best for Gurgaon-based student
